What we make
One system for the whole of a beauty or wellness business: the till, the appointment book, the client’s package balance, the stock on the shelf, each staff member’s commission and the month’s numbers — across one branch or twenty.
It runs in a browser on any device, with three apps on top of it: LABÉAU for clients, LABÉAU TEAM for staff and LABÉAU Office for owners. E-invoicing is built into checkout — LHDN MyInvois in Malaysia and IRAS InvoiceNow in Singapore — rather than bolted on.
Who uses it
More than 150 beauty and wellness businesses in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia: hair and beauty salons, spas, aesthetic and skin clinics, nail and lash studios, barbershops, massage and reflexology centres, and fitness and yoga studios.
The system runs in English, Bahasa Melayu, Indonesian, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese and Korean, because the people at a front desk in Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta or Singapore rarely work in only one. Support is in English, Malay and Chinese.

How we work with you
New businesses are set up with a person, not left with an empty account: your services, prices, staff and rules are built into LABÉAU with you, and hands-on one-on-one onboarding is there whenever you want it. After that, support is by WhatsApp and email during office hours.
